Hi have been victim of this in past not once but twice for one of my listing, I have spend time understanding all of how this IPO works I manage to speak to an IP specialist who was part of the team that raise this concern of multiple people owning the same design but as per that IP specialist it was never addresses by IPO as they were more interested in incoming revenue.
Whereas in the attached image it is clearly written this is the pending patent and grant a patent yet We are writing to report ASIN: B0C19VP85S, this product is selling without our authorization. Rights Owner Communication: Dear Sir or Madam, Here is the Details from the seller who complaint

Despite my attempts to appeal to Amazon, I have only received automated responses, such as the one below, which do not address my specific concerns: and it was not, and subsequently, many other sellers are selling the same product on Amazon.
